At Link Support, we take our safeguarding responsibilities extremely seriously. We have robust policies, procedures, and training in place to ensure that everyone we support is protected from abuse, neglect, and harm.
What is Safeguarding?
Safeguarding means protecting people's health, wellbeing, and human rights, and enabling them to live free from harm, abuse, and neglect. It's fundamental to high-quality health and social care.

- Rigorous staff recruitment, including DBS checks
- Regular safeguarding training for all staff
- Clear reporting procedures and designated safeguarding leads

If you have any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of someone we support, please contact us immediately. We take all concerns seriously and will respond promptly and appropriately.

Whistleblowing
If you are a member of staff or have concerns about practice within our organization, we have a confidential whistleblowing policy. You can raise concerns without fear of reprisal. Contact our safeguarding lead or external bodies like CQC or local authority safeguarding teams.
